3. It is only applicable to cutting small branches. For thicker branches, please use 6-8-10-12-16 inch large power brushless electric saw.

4. It takes 2-3 hours for the battery to be fully charged; Please use the product after the battery is fully charged.
5. If the battery is fully charged and the motor makes a sound, the electric saw still does not rotate, which may be the reverse installation of the chain. Please try again in reverse.

6. If the electric saw still cannot cut wood after the above steps are completed, it may be caused by the slipping of the gear inside the machine body. It is necessary to disassemble and tidy the gear again.

7. Each set of saw is of EU PLUG standard specification, and we will distribute adapter according to the national voltage.

8. The characteristic of electric tool is to stop after continuous operation for a period of time , and wait for the heated motor / battery to be cool before reuse. Do not use for a long time, which may cause the motor burnt out! Stop the saw after 10-15 minutes of use, and continue to work after the motor cools down.Otherwise, the motor will suffer irreversible loss.

9. If it cannot be used normally after receiving , please follow the steps to shoot and upload the video, and we will actively deal with it. Please don't make emotional bad comments. Video shooting steps: connect the charger to the power supply – plug in the battery – the charger displays a green light – unplug the battery – install it on the chainsaw – give a close-up lens on the chain – press the chainsaw twice or cut small branches.

10. When cutting, one end of the wood strip must be fixed, which can be stepped on by foot or fixed with a cutting board. You can search online for relevant Mini chainsaw videos to learn how to use them.
